Camping at Westport

Marci, Kelli and I went camping in Westport (near Ocean Shores). Camping by the highway and in the rain, i'd say it was an okay time, BUT driving home with the girls....that made up for it! 1,2,3,4...

In the local village we came across an alien spaceship, I had to get a picture with it. I got suckered in by the rotating head and flashing lights!

Crazy summer night!

I got woken up like many people did in Washington on Sunday at 4 AM. We had been having some hot weather the past few days. I am not used to to rain so its nice to see a crazy storm once in awhile. I was a little scared, but I loved it. The thunder got progressively worse and started setting off multiple car alarms and the power. That is when I grabbed my camera and took some pics. Here is what I saw from my window.

This is a before shot...

....and boom!

Here are a couple pictures of Isabella. She was either scared from the noise or just wanted to snuggle back in bed. I couldn't really tell which one.

“Veni, Vidi, Vici.”

Aka...I came, I saw, I conquered.

Marci, Janaye and I climbed Mt. Si this Saturday. What an accomplishment! It was a 4 mile hike one way and for someone who doesn't hike very often I cant believe I actually wanted to go. It was a nasty day so I cant show you any beautiful views of Mt. Rainier at the top, but none the less I was proud that I did it. Marci and Janaye were training for their big suicidal adventure in the swiss mountains so they wore back packs and looked like mountaineers. I looked like a tennis player/runner/abercrombie blondie!
