The best surprise ever!

I never thought life could be sweeter....our baby boy Vaughn Alan Herman entered our life 4 weeks early and words cant even express how much love I have for him. I woke up at 8:00am on June 9th, 2011 to broken water. 21 hours later of induced labor (1 hour pushing) Born June 10, 2011 at 9:15am our precious 6lbs 4.3 oz. 20 1/4 inches long bundle of joy entered our world! He has given us a couple scares so far with eating and jaundice, but has improved majorly! He is healthy, strong and beautiful! I cant believe he's all mine!!!

Baby nursery renovations...

The flooring is finally finished and the crib and glider have been ordered...I cant wait!





Brett has been busy juggling work and the work that needs to be done at home. We have finished painting baby's room and Brett has put in all new outlets and painted the ceiling fan. He is almost finished putting in the wood floors...getting eager to fill it with furniture! Next we will be finishing up the base and the trim around the windows. Updated pics to follow...

Brett and I are thrilled to find out today that we are expecting a baby boy! He is healthy and squirmy and on track to be born July 11th...I love him already!
